  Overall, I was impressed with the product (Jacuzzi J-225) and Niagara. The sales person I worked with knew his stuff and was honest around the product and what I was getting (which was pretty much everything to get going). Further, Susan (manager from what it seemed) did get a service person over to help address some small challenges (due to me not being there when it was dropped off and understanding the small details of set up and operation). She was reachable and did follow through - which says a lot about the company and her character. I paid a premium for quality and Jacuzzi is just that. Very impressed with the unit and I'm really enjoying it. Being my first Spa (as the community I guess says) I debated, and did quite a bit of research around going to an outlet center for half the price. However, I paid more for quality craftsmanship, a warrantee that Niagara will stand behind, which was worth it for me.

  I have had my pool for almost 20 years and have dealt with Niagara since they installed it. The staff in the store are very polite ,and knowledgeable about there products . They close my pool every year and the guys that work for them are always nice and they do a great job .

  I was very happy with my installation! Pool looks amazing. My only complaint which is not Niagaras problem but we weren't to happy with the electrician they recommended. The electrician they recommend is very laid back, I took half day off from work and took them an hour to get there and then they show up and took an hour for breakfast. A little too laid back for me and then their work was a little sloppy and for the price they charge they should be a little neater. The builder they use is a great company that does great work. Another recommendation if your financing, make sure you have builder and electrician come out first for an estimate, the papers Niagara give you are not accurate. I don't expect Niagara to have exact prices, so if your financing whole thing, it's important to have pricing before entering a total for the finance.
