I can’t say enough about the wonderful vet & staff that assessed and treated my injured Yorkie puppy on 1/7/2020. I was meant at the door at 10:30pm and my puppy was taken back within 5 minutes. I realize that I was not the easiest person as I tried to deal with such a frightening experience, but the office staff remained calm and kind in spite of my poor behavior. Dr. Fragola was exceptional, honest and had a very soothing way about her that made such a difficult situation easier to cope with. Our baby had to be admitted overnight for test and treatment. We were given an estimate which covered all possible realms of testing & treatment that may have been necessary given the extent of his injuries. We were sent home informed that we were welcome to call and check in as often as we would like. When I returned the next morning for discharge I was greeted by a new staff that was as equally polite and friendly as the night before. They explained to me clearly all diagnostic testing that was performed and all treatment rendered, as well as how my baby responded to it all. I was given verbal and printed instruction on how to care for him at home and what was normal and what would be cause for concern. Another pleasing element to this experience was that upon trying to pay my balance before taking him home I was told that everything he needed actually came in below the lowest side of the estimated cost and they owed us money! Seriously how often does that happen????? They even called the next day to check up on his progress.
It appears that our puppy is well on the road to a full recovery which pleases us immensely. Thank you so much to everyone who saw us through this experience. They shed some sunshine on a dark situation and made it a little easier for my husband & myself and most importantly our puppy.

I recently had to rush my 10 week old puppy Buster there 12/13/19 he was throwing up lethargic fever and all. They brought us right back. After a few tests we were told he had parvo. So he then was hospitalized. They took such amazing care of my little guy. The Drs the nurses even receptionist where extremely professional and caring!! Every time I called a Dr got on the phone with a update ( and I called a lot) they let me visit him every day even though he was quarantined. Every step of the way they were up front and honest with how much stuff was going to be and step by step what they were going to do. And went above and beyond not to give him a feeling tube! So I can only give 5 stars but they deserve a million. So thank you for all your hard work and making Buster feel like a million bucks. You guys are the best and we will absolutely be back.

I had to bring my cat as an emergency around 7:30-8:00pm and they took him to the back right away, so I was glad they took it seriously and didn't make him wait for help. It was a busy night and they had a lot going on so I did end up staying there a long time while I waited to hear back, but it's a typical emergency room experience.

They were kind to me, kept me updated with what was going on, and explained everything to me as best as they could. It was expensive after the tests and medicines but I told them my price range and they didn't do any tests without my consent- they worked with me on getting the most out of my money.

I got to bring my cat home that night and he seemed to be doing better after everything. Sadly, I had to bring him back the next day because his condition worsened (I don't blame this on the hospital, I think it's something that either developed overnight or they weren't originally sure about because they did tell me this was one of the possibilities). This time I returned around 9:00pm and once again they immediately took him back. My visit was much shorter this time as they right away told me what was going on and kept him overnight.

They called me a few hours later to update me that everything had gone well, so now I'm just waiting until he's well enough to pick up. This time it was much more expensive, but once again, they were upfront about it, and I was able to get the credit care which is slightly helpful but at the end of the day a hospital bill is a hospital bill... I'm just glad my cat is going to pull through. I don't have much experience with emergency vet care but I imagine the price range was typical, if not slightly on the higher end.

While I was there, I believe there was a man that came in with an emergency that wasn't able to pay. From what I was able to see and hear they still helped him. But I wasn't paying too much attention. But they didn't give me the impression of being cruel or money hungry. It's just a hospital- hospitals are expensive. And I do like the way I was treated, since I tend to have negative experiences with most hospital scenarios.

I'll update once I get my cat back and see how he's recovering.

They were friendly and helpful here. A little pricey obviously but worth it because of their helpfulness and hours. Doctor was patient and very informative with me even answering repeated questions just because I was a nervous wreck and needed to triple check I had all my info right haha. So far everything’s been good. We had a stray come to our porch with an injury so we brought him here to get checked out and he seems okay so far !
