“Ross is awesome. You can find brand name items for a fraction of the cost in other stores. They have clothes, shoes, hats, socks, backpacks, luggage, handbags, all kinds of things for women. I told him how I had a bad experience last time I purchased a car and he assured me he would walk me through every single step of the process. Not only did Lewis guide me through looking online the night before but he had my car ready when I arrived. That was a WOW factor for me. It told me he heard everything I told him. The process was easy and Lewis's service was impeccable! As if it couldn't get any better, my finance guy, Vinny was not what I expected, he was kind, patient and thorough.
