(September 18, 2019, 2:55 pm)As someone who frequents this lab, I can never say anything bad! The girls are so wonderful and helping whenever I am there. They go beyond the call of duty! Even when I've seen and heard other people being mean to them, they have always kept their composure and handled it gracefully and professional! These girls don't get enough acknowledgment! Great job ladies! I will always come back to this lab!
(September 10, 2019, 8:31 pm)I got to Labcorp at 6:00am as I had to go to work. I was nervous because I did not make an appointment. I was fourth in line. The check in was very easy,It took literally seconds. A nurse assured me that I did not need and appointment as she saw my angst. Everyone there was very nice and the process was very organized. I was leaving to go to work at 6:32. I don't know how it is later in the day but I cannot be happier with my experience.
(July 8, 2019, 12:57 pm)Very great experience! I made an appointment online ahead of time in which I provided my information along with insurance info. Etc. When I got there I used the kiosk to check in I scanned my driver's license and all of my information was there. This appointment was for my son he is 11 months old. I was EXTREMELY nervous, in fact I put it off for as long as I could because I was dreading it. My technician (sorry didn't get her name) was wonderful and another woman came In to assist. They definitely put my mind at ease. They were great with him and it was Quick and efficient. He cried of course but it wasn't as bad and I thought it was going to be. The receptionist Dawn was really sweet and helpful. The office was really clean and I was in and out in under a half an hour.
(October 18, 2018, 6:18 am)My second or third visit and never had a problem. Great staff, clean office and quick service. From the front desk to the technician everyone was so nice and professional. This will be my go to location from now on. Thanks for a great service! ????????????
