“I have been sweating here since 2007, and although my attendance has waivered here and there, I am a loyal member of this club. It is in walking distance of my house, which is nice, so sometimes I do a warm up run there and then get cracking on the many weight & cardio machines they have. The classes that are offered are high quality and there is something for everyone. I have done yoga, spin, kick boxing and cardio classes. I love that there is a separate weight room for women for my fat days and saunas for days when I want to let it all hang out (not really). Anywho, I highly recommend Four Seasons. My only complaint would be that upon leaving the gym hungry and tired, you can smell Nick's Pizza and Samurai across the lot, and sometimes smell McDonalds. I haven't caved into the temptations... yet...”

“I’m a Rowan college student away from home and I ended up getting an infection in my gum around my wisdom tooth. My mom called and they were more than helpful! They set everything up over the phone and got me in right away! Turned out I needed my wisdom teeth removed. They fit me in the NEXT morning and took very good care of me! Very friendly staff and great service! I will definitely keep coming here as long as I’m at Rowan!! Totally recommend”
