They almost always answer the phone and if they don't, you just call back in a bit and you'll get a quick answer. They don't blow off your questions. Overall, great experience.

(March 18, 2013, 8:21 am)Unsure of the previous posts, they don't seem to come close to my experiences. All the tellers are extremely helpful and all know me by name, they know what i'm likely going to do when I approach them and they give my dog treats all the time, the rest of the crew in the bank take my dog and pet him profusely. It's a wonderful community feel at the bank. Seems like perhaps the other posts may be from competing bank employees.
