“Really great experience there. Was looking for large carpet remnants to use as large rugs. Joe was so incredibly helpful and wanted to make sure we were happy. Picking remnants from a warehouse filled with rolled up carpet is not easy but Joe took great care of us. He was very good to work with and honest. He asked what we were using each piece for and only recommended buying a pad for 1 one of them. He could've tried to sell us more but instead sold us what we needed. Very pleased. If you want large rugs, like almost covering an entire room, go to Wilson's and find a great value with exceptional service.”

“I contacted them via Yelp and their official website, and the guy reached me back within an hour even on weekends. He was accommodating, informative and professional. I emailed him the pictures of the possible roach, and he took his time identifying it which I appreciated. It's much better than give a glimpse of it and guess what it is. He called me back and confirmed they were in fact not roaches but only beetles that just kinda resemble baby roaches! He didn't hurry to explain what it was but took his time in a professional matter on the phone. He even advised treatments of the beetles and assured me it's nothing to worry. Most other companies try to suck every penny out of you for just identifying bugs or even send exterminators with fees. I've heard some companies just straight out lie to get more money out of you. This service has been honest and professional. I'll definitely contact them back for identification and pest control in the future. I'm just so glad they were not serious pests! Thanks again!”
