“I am not from the area but I made the mistake of putting Karneys zip code on a package I had coming from China. I freaked out of course being that I have done this once before and the resident in Karney kept my 150$ package with clothing and shoes. Yes I’m still crying about it!!! On a much more positive note Racquel from their postal office went above and beyond with the clerk to assist me with making sure my package was rerouted and sent over to the Jersey City post office. She was extremely professional and had wonderful customer service! Racquel THANK YOU again for being so awesome!”
