“I haven’t been a Kearny client for too long. I always banked with big banks “Chase, BOA, and the worst out of all TD bank” I joined Kearny bank about 7 months ago. I have never bank at a more convenient bank before. I have branch managers cell number and can contact him with any requests. Anthony is a true gentleman and would go way out of his way to make sure all is his clients are happy. I am seating here and they know everyone who walks in by first name. I am here during Halloween and they have few cool decorations :)”

“I am not from the area but I made the mistake of putting Karneys zip code on a package I had coming from China. I freaked out of course being that I have done this once before and the resident in Karney kept my 150$ package with clothing and shoes. Yes I’m still crying about it!!! On a much more positive note Racquel from their postal office went above and beyond with the clerk to assist me with making sure my package was rerouted and sent over to the Jersey City post office. “RA has been servicing my lg dual wash and dryer for over 5 years now. Sal is excellent at diagnosing and fixing this machine. It’s been worth him fixing the machine about once a year or so vs me buying a new one. I’ve had to replace a drum, get the lint thingy cleaned twice, had a hole in the rubber casing, pump replaced etc... I use this machine almost daily so being able to call on ra tv really helps. Scheduling has always been easy and clear. They come when scheduled. One time they had to order a part and come back and that was easy too. Thanks RA TV!!”
