We had the pleasure of working with Mark to find and close on a recent condominium purchase. From the beginning when we reached out to him on a cold winter night to completing the purchase, he was always easy to reach and quick to respond with accurate information which was invaluable during the search.

Another bonus was that he was able to work around our work schedule for showings and get us into see units we were interested in fairly quickly considering our lessened availability. After viewing a unit we felt no pressure to respond or commit which was welcome when weighing our options, but if we asked for Mark's opinion on something he was happy to provide it.

I had the most positive experience with Mark, he made my day very enjoyable. He is the best real estate agent I have ever met in my life, considering that I moved quite a lot of times in more than one continent so I met a non-negligible amount of agents and agencies in the past.

I was moving from San Francisco, California to West New York, New Jersey and I met Mark in Port Imperial. He was available to chat even if I didn't have an appointment. Since I had to take a flight that same afternoon after I met him, he scheduled an entire day of showing just for me for the next Sunday. Yes, an entire day dedicated to showing apartment in Port Imperial, just for me!

Believe it or not, the best part is still yet to come. Not only we visited around 8 apartments together, he also understood me as soon as we started talking. I personally like to do my math when comparing offers for different apartments. In more than one occasion some agent has not been clear enough when talking about pricing. The common case is when someone starts from a basic monthly payment that doesn't show the real total amount of money required on a monthly basis, the total could easily be more than 30% of the basic price. When this happens I completely loose trust and start looking for other agencies.
Mark was just perfect, he told me everything since the beginning, he didn't leave a single thing out so that I could pick the best option tailored on my specific needs.
