  Wow is an understatement. Mark from the Chen Agency is professional, knowledgeable, and so well connected. I reached out to him and the next day I have viewings for three different apartments. During the leasing process he made everything so seamless. He is quick to respond and truly acts as your advocate during every phase of the lease process. I felt supported and like he is definitely an expert in real estate. Super pleased to recommend him!

  After wasting months to look for a unit in the neighboring areas with an agent, we were so lucky to visit The Chen Agency at Port Imperial. Our long journey was finally over! Nelson was there welcoming us and listened carefully what we were looking for. We probably didn’t look like serious buyers since my business partner lives overseas and visited NYC that day. However Nelson didn’t mind it and was acting professional and spent so much time with us. He showed utmost respect at every showing I requested
  since then. He doesn’t talk much, but he let me think about how I feel about the unit first. He analyzed what was best for me based upon my life style and particular taste ! He was not only answering but educating me when I asked a question. He is modest but you feel he really cares about his clients. I’ve had multiple real estate transactions not only in the US but in other countries as well. But with Nelson, this was the best experience for sure. I must add a comment about Mark as well. He is one of the kindest and well mannered real estate professionals in my limited experience and is always reachable. Even after closing a deal, both Nelson and Mark extended me help to settle the building/area. Lastly, there is Steven’s Cafe next to the office. Please do not forget to have a coffee there. In my opinion, tastes a lot better than SB.

  It is not often when you find a realtor and agency who are equally caring about the client's needs but also compassionate about the trends of real estate in this respective community.
