“Back when my daughter first got to integrity house it was about the first week there. I wrote a terrible review. I was annoyed due to the counselors not calling me back n I didn't know if my daughter was okay. Plus some of the reviews I read scared me. Like reviews about ppl wanting to leave n the counselors wouldn't letting them. I was scared she'd be forced to stay especially since no one calling me back. I still feel that ain't right n I still haven't gotten a call back.& my daughter signed a release. I have to say I was wrong. My daughter is doing the best she ever has. I thank God for Integrity house”

“My mom has been at The Fountains in Secacus for almost a year now. First just for rehab and now a permanent resident. I would not have agreed to have her become permanent unless I was confident she was going to receive excellent care. The majority of the aides are excellent at what they do and really care for their charges. They treat them with care and dignity. I give them a lot of credit considering what they have to sometimes deal with. I can't say enough about the nursing staff. One nurse in particular, Jessica Carroll. She takes care of, and loves my mom as if she were her own mother. And it's not just my mom. I see and hear how she is with other residents and she's the same with them. She's excellent at what she does and goes above and beyond every shift. I hope Alaris does right by her because we cannot afford to lose this excellent nurse the way we've lost others in the past. Please acknowledge how wonderful she is, just as my family does each time we see her. Thank you. Nancy Donatelli-Arndt”
