I had to go there everyday for 6 days and Nicole made my 6 day visit easier. I had been to doctors very few times and not a big fan. But Nicole is one lovable professional who is the best. “9rounds has been an awesome experience so far (I'm a few weeks in)! I love that I can go when I want and that its only 30 minutes! As someone that is usually pressed for time before work, I love how they've streamlined the whole process and you can get a great work out in 30 minutes. I'm not someone that can just to a gym and do a work-out on my own, I need more structure and love classes! 9rounds has done a great job giving that class-type/structured feel with tons of flexibility (a new class basically starts every 3 minutes). The work-outs are versatile and engages different parts of the body at each round. Its a lot of high-intensity style work outs so I've left pretty sweaty every time. Its great for various fitness levels, since you can scale up or down depending on how hard you want to work out. Its not all MMA style either, its so much more than that. Jonathan and the rest of team are great, they do a great job guiding and motivating me throughout the workout. I'd highly recommend 9Rounds Harrison!”
