(September 16, 2018, 1:58 am)A convenient place to launch car top or similar small boats. Some larger boats are permitted but their motors must be less than 10 hp. Nice views on clear days. Most parts of the reservoir are less than an hour paddle back to the parking lot. It can get crowded on weekends.

(April 23, 2018, 1:51 pm)Fairly flat access to the water and a huge parking area make this a pretty nice place from which to launch. Decent bathrooms on-site as well. Probably gets packed in the summer even with the entry fees, but well worth going. Very pretty and relatively large lake.
