Joe, assistant manager provided exceptional customer service to me and blew me away with the way he handled my situation. He was very understanding and helped me through by ensuring me that he would do his best to resolve my dilemma. Even though the mistake was on my end Gold's even resolved it. Definitely deserve 5 stars not just for the atmosphere but for the customer service they provided.
