  Excellent customer service! This is the second time I walked into Music and arts and had the best customer service! The first time, I purchased a string for child's violin and they not only sold the string, but also put it on the Violin for no charge. Saved time at Violin lesson! Yesterday, needed the Violin bridge to be fixed. They not only fixed the bridge for free, but also tuned it to the scaled I wanted it to be in. They googled and watched video to learn about tuning the Violin as per Indian Classical scale. All of this at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service, since the instrument was not purchased from them. Thanks 'Music and Arts' for being helpful every single time and attending to customers' needs patiently. A+

  I wanted to check a saxophone case out but the Princeton Music and Arts didn't have it, so Jason was very helpful over the phone and was able to order the case to be shipped to me right away. He also told me I could return it to the store if my saxophone didn't fit right in the case so I wouldn't have to pay to ship it back. Thanks a bunch!

  Great place to learn music. I learn violin over there and the teacher explains things very well. I totally recommend getting lessons here
