My son ordered flowers for my birthday & somehow they were delivered to wrong address but when son contacted owner he not only delivered them in person but added a little extra gift (bear) to it! And by the way person who's house they were delivered to contacted me & I picked up my original later that day! Encode does a beautiful job in everything they arrange! Son has been using them for years!
