The staff are very courteous and friendly. The doctor and his assistant took the time to ask questions to really understand my issue. Unfortunately they could not resolve my issue but they did take the time to explain my other options so that when I consult with an oral surgeon, I could make an informed decision and get the best possible outcome for me and for my future dental health. First Class Service in my opinion. The extra care made me feel respected and valued as a customer. Highly recommend this practice for specialized endodontic care.

Needed to see Dr Lochetto for a 2nd root canal (1st performed by another "specialist" years ago) My situation escalated quickly as my tooth was infected and his office was able to get me in as soon as possible. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He and his staff were very responsive as well when I called with additional questions before my procedure. This experience with Dr Lochetto has been much like when I saw him for a root canal in 2019. I hope don't need to see him for a while after treating this tooth, but if I need a root canal I know where I'm going. I would recommend him as well as I feel he is very focused on providing the best care he can to his patients.

I went for a root canal retreat today, and it was the absolute best root canal I have ever gotten, and I have had a few done in my time. Dr Lochetto was super nice, professional and efficient and I never felt any pain during or after. Very knowledgeable doctor. The office was very clean and the receptionists were so nice. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal!
