“I have always loved the idea of boot camp and after seeing a Groupon for 20 sessions at an incredible price I decided to go for it - and I am so glad I did to say the least! In the first few weeks of 45 min. sessions 3x/ week my mind was blown when I stepped on the scale and saw I had lost 11 pounds. It was an incredible feeling when I was wearing clothes that didn't fit just prior to starting the class. So many coworkers, friends, family and neighbors have told me they can see a huge difference and I tell them the class truly works. Chris, the Instructor, is awesome and really cares about the health and long term benefits his class will bring to all his students. I don’t believe he has a mean bone in his body and never raises his tone in class to anybody. He works with everyone on their own levels and is very encouraging. I have asthma and in the beginning I was having a lot of problems but Chris has patiently guided me through the struggles, as well as the rest of the class. When I walked into my first class everybody looked to be in shape and all I could think was how was I going to keep up with them! I have now realized that we are all there for one reason or another and we get along great and treat each other with respect and admiration. I feel that there is nothing better than my boot camp classes that I even signed up for another 7 months!! The best feeling I get is every time I leave there I am soaking wet from another great workout and I can feel the calories melting off. ”
