Depending on how you we want to be reminded about our service calls we are either emailed or called in advance to make sure someone will be home. Even when I have had to call in to change the apppointment I am never on hold for more than a minute before getting a live person. I have even managed to get appointments within 48 hours. We try and always schedule our appointments when our Technician James G is available. He is always prompt and efficient and doesn’t mind Charley(our Labrador) following him all over the house. They were very helpful, especially because they they listened to my needs, then took their time to explain to me they styles of carpeting, price points, everything. From picking out a carpet to installation, was pretty quick to boot. If there is a problem with them, is that they have too many choices! Now I'm getting ready to replace the rest of the carpeting in the house, as well as flooring for my kitchen.
