We went to Men's Wearhouse because my son will be attending a Prom soon. The store was a bit crowded so we had to sign a list (we had called and set an appointment so we didn't have to go to the store as a walk-in and have to wait to be called from a list) and wait for our name to be called. We only waited for about 10 - 15 minutes so that wasn't bad at all. We had a young gentleman help us. At first he seemed to be rushing us because there now about 20 more people in the store and I could tell he was getting anxious. I spoke to him and advised him to take a deep breath and to not rush us as my son has special needs and was really looking forward to this fitting and trying on some of the clothing to get an idea of what he may look like on his Prom night. Also, the people waiting will get your undivided attention during their fitting, just as we are getting now, and they also had the option to set an appointment, as we did, and they wouldn't have to wait as they are because they are walk-ins. This little talk seemed to calm him down significantly and the rest of the appointment was so fun, my son tried on some clothes, I got pictures, we laughed a lot and had a wondering time!!! We had so much fun that after paying for the tux and all the ad ones I completely forgot to tip the, in my mind, hardest worker in the store. His name has completely slipped my mind. I went by the store the next day to give him the tip but he wasn't working. I will try again to tip him the day I pick up my son's suit and when I drop it off. BTW: My son is autistic and our salesman was wonderful with him. That meant a lot to me. He treated him as he would any other customer.

Just had a great experience at Mens Warehouse in Wesley Chapel. Tyler and Paul were very helpful and made shopping fast and easy. Definitely coming back here.

We went looking for a suit in a particular color but they didn’t have it. The customer service though was amazing! The gentleman who was trying to help us directed to a possible shop to find exactly what we needed. Thank you for having such great service!

Nate Dixon was absolutely wonderful in helping my dad and brother with their tuxedos. He went above and beyond and his customer service was impeccable! If anyone I know needs formal attire for an event or special occasion I will absolutely be recommending this location!! :)

I have had the pleasure to walk in this store every weekend for the last month to buy shirts, sport coats and a suit for my daughter's upcoming wedding next weekend. Hands down, what a great feeling I felt when I walked into the store and feeling great when I left with my suit. The tailor of the suit, picking out the shirts, ties and coats have been such a pleasure. The staff is extremely curious, personable and knowledgeable! They earned my business! I look forward to my next shopping experience and thank you guys and girl!!!
