“Wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews but my experience here was awesome. I had an appointment to pickup a load for 5pm but I arrived around 10:30am, checked in and was given a door right away. They called me to the dock at 12PM. My loader was Wilson and he was friendly, polite and professional the entire time he was loading me. Yes, you have to be inside while they load you and Yes, you have to count your merchandise but really that's not anything to complain about, a little work won't hurt you. Around 1:40pm, I was leaving with paperwork in hand. Thanks to Wilson and Tyler Distribution for A1 service. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Oh, don't let me forget to thank the two ladies at the shipping/check in window they also was friendly, polite and professional.”
