The front dest receptionist we had today was great as well! Very nice and she even took time to explain some things to me. All of the staff that we encountered during our visit was great! “I’ve been with Dr. Grizzaffi since he started in practice at another location. I have a dental phobia and had IV sedation for 20 years. While I still would need it for a complicated procedure, I’ve been able to “graduate” to Nitrous and headphones with him. He is extremely gentle and caring, and his staff is as well. “I’ve been a patient with Positive Reset for close to a year now and have been on quite the journey. My therapist, Stephanie is wonderful and great at fostering an environment that rewards vulnerability, she’s very easy to talk to and grounded in a way that’s comforting. I’d recommend her to anyone seeking counseling services. My qualms are more so related to medication management. I’ve been to various practices over the years and medication management is always hit or miss but this lies closer to the miss mark. The prescribers (my first one especially) dictate rather than collaborate with their patients. They tend to treat patients like exclusively unreliable narrators of their experience with medication and are rarely amenable to changing medication they hadn’t planned to. I think across the board, practices need to prioritize patient care and remember people are more inclined to be med compliant when they’re being adequately medicated in a way that is affirming not harming. Also, there’s room for growth in how late cancellations function. If you don’t give 24 hours notice, you owe a $50 fee before you can see providers again- I recently had family emergencies come up and had to pay this fee twice in a month otherwise they wouldn’t even let me see my prescriber to get my meds which I think is dangerous! Considering this practice caters to low income patients, it’s disarming that there’s no provisions in place if one can’t afford the fees; it feels like being punished for being low income/impoverished. Overall, there’s room for improvement but the front desk staff are kind & the therapist are great. Shop around and do your due diligence but if you decide on Positive Reset, you’re not assured to be worse for wear.”

“Staff and doctors are very nice and helpful. Doctor and nurse listen 🎧 to problems carefully. Even though it’s urgent care better to have an appointment else would have to wait long to very long. Some parking spaces are available. Most of the insurance companies are acceptable here good to call before visiting the place. Nice and clean ambiance. Masks are still (Nov 2022) mandatory here. Place is conveniently located at NJ route 18 (East Brunswick mall is close by). Thanks”

“Dr. Michael Stern and all staff were wonderful. Easy scheduling appointment, nurse who assisted Dr. Stern was very helpful. But most importantly, Dr. Stern! I had really hard case due to my gum issues, Dr. M. Stern explained everything what he was doing and had to stop quite a few times to assure that implant is going down at the right angle ....excellent job. Recovery after procedure was smooth, painful for first 24 hrs. I called the office, and the nurse reassured me that everything is fine, and if needed to be doctor can take a look. But everything went fine, and I am very grateful to Dr. Michael Stern and his team.”
