I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and it has become my home gym. I’ve been lifting for 4-5 years now and I’ve been to so many gyms but this is by far my most favorite. This gym is great for social/non social people & they have great machine that you won’t find at commercial gyms. Personally I enjoy working out and looking up at all of the pictures/paintings of the pros they have on the wall; it’s a reminder to go harder. Overall the best gym in the area for sure.

What a workout! Great gym, lots of space and very clean. The smoothies on the way out we’re definitely worth it, they’ve got a wide selection of flavors. They even have a room full of their supplement line. Super knowledgeable staff. Would love to come back!

It's so hard to find specialty gyms that just happen to be affordable yet here you only have to pay JUST $30 and you have at your disposal a monolift, powerlifting style benches, specialty Deadlift bars AND a hip belt Squat machine - great for squaters with shoulder issues! If I lived close by THIS would be my main gym.
