“Dr. Aydin found a cavity on my last remaining wisdom tooth a few weeks ago. He said it was in a very hard-to-reach spot, and told me frankly that, while the cavity wasn't very big, he couldn't promise to fill it up to his usual standard. He said it would be easier to extract the tooth. He said it wouldn't be a problem; I was dubious. My previous three wisdom-tooth extractions had been difficult, and I wasn't interested in repeating the experience. But he'd always steered me straight, so I agreed. "It'll only take 20 minutes," he said, and I told him I doubted it. On the day, after I was numbed up, he had the tooth out in 20 seconds. "You're done," he said. I couldn't believe it until he showed me the tooth. Dr. Aydin is a great dentist and a good guy. :)”

“I don't know if I love this place more because of the selection or the service. Both are really impressive. They have a doctor on site who takes the time to make sure you have the right eye exam. I went there on my lunch break with my family and we were in a hurry. I had my exam (I had made an appointment) and I subsequently went ahead and started trying on glasses. The employees there are so good at what they do. I found too many options and had a hard time narrowing down to a choice that I can really be happy with. They helped me so thoroughly, and we're so incredibly patient with me. They successfully got me matched up with the perfect pair of glasses and it was ready for pick up within a week. The whole visit took exactly an hour. I was so pleased. this definitely is THE one-stop-shop.”

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and overly accommodating. I have seen them for hip, feet, and presently back issues. I am currently seeing Dr. Ma, the chiropractic physician. He is incredible! Dr. Ma has a terrific personality and has done wonders to correct my back and hip pain. “I know some are of the belief that if you know of a "local gem" don't share it. Well, sometimes places like Monroe Park Pharmacy just deserve the praise. Sal and his employees are examples of what a pharmacy should be like.. how to run it, how to treat customers, how to expedite rx(s), etc. The big chain pharmacies should literally take a page from their playbook. I have never once had a negative experience there and I have been a customer for at least six+ years. Have an issue with your insurance or approvals, they will help you. They literally will go out of their way to make sure that you NEVER leave without a resolution. Go find that in one of the chain stores for me. (b/c you won't) Once in awhile you will find a line but it is minimal (I'm talking 10-15 min wait tops) compared to that of other pharmacies. And they will ALWAYS let you know a realistic time of how long you have to wait, most times I go there I usually wait under five minutes total. I am always impressed by Monroe Park's level of professionalism and care. I couldn't recommend them more.”
