  This was an easy delivery of just an arm chair. They called several times to let me know the approximate delivery date. After settling on it they again called the day prior and then within an hour of arrival. Overall they appeared to be rushed, barely gave me time to inspect the chair (white velvet.) it was fine so delivery was fine too. An extraordinarily long time between order and delivery but don't know if that is just the way Metropolitan functions. A prior delivery took just as long.

  The delivery experience was perfect for our very large Anthropologie leather ottoman/coffee table. I received timely scheduling phone calls and reminders. Our ottoman was delivered on time and in perfect condition by very polite and hard working deliverymen. Highly recommended!

  Very professional delivery process.I was called a week before delivery to confirm the delivery date and 4 hour window.A day before delivery ,delivery window was narrowed to 2 hours and was told that delivery person will call my cell 30 minutes before actual delivery.
  This is truly amazing.
  Delivery person was very courteous,opened the box on the drive way itself and brought piece by piece and assembled the sectional as per our requirements.They cleaned up the drive way after they left.
  If there is one item can be improved upon,please provide shoe coverings to your drivers.
