  I've been going to Bell Ford for many years & never disappointed. I work with one salesman David Edon who is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles & current programs. He was able to find an additional rebate by taking the time & research me personal file with Ford which I had no idea it was there. After all these years & many vehicles I can honestly say all the faces are the same. That to me says something about a dealership. I will continue to use Bell Ford in the future. Thanks for a pleasant buying experience!!!!!!

  Although I tried to buy my current Ford F-150 truck from this dealer, I found the one that I wanted at another local dealer. Bell however is close to my house and convenient for service. I have previously purchased vehicles from this dealer. They are honest and reliable.
  
  Recently I had my vehicle in for routine service and decided to wait for it in their comfortable waiting area. I came prepared with iPad and head phones and settled in. Due to unforeseen scheduling problems, the wait lasted about 3 hours. Once the vehicle was ready the service staff apologized for my wait. Once I was home I received a phone call from Stevie in customer service stating that my wait was unacceptable and offered a complimentary oil change and service check on my next visit. This is rare and thoughtful customer service. Well done.

  The entire sales process on my new vehicle was hassle free from the moment I stepped into the dealership. Experienced salesperson, knowledgeable finance consultant, and less negotiating made my time at the dealership minimal. I was pleased they accepted the price I wanted to pay, and will definitely recommend Bell Ford.
