Dr. Shypula was very nice, spent time explaining what would happen during the procedure, alleviated my fears, listened and had a nice sense of humor which I appreciate. She was not taking advantage of mom like other company was. She was so amazing to the point my mom stop Cook’s and terminX from there inspection and told them she’s going with Massey.
