Everyone remembers your name once you've gone a couple times and go as far as trying to start personal conversations to establish a stronger relationship between teller and customer. There are three bankers that help you with all your needs such as loans, credit cards and investing. They are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. The tellers themselves are very helpful and make sure that they completely satisfy the customer before they leave.”

“I understand 100% the progression of technology and how to run a business. If your going to have a building where people can do business in person you have to take into account the community and their needs. This review is for upper management if they read and the only reason its 4 stars is because of the people working here. They did a great job. My suggestion is more employees because of all the seniors that live in this area. Someone like me never enters a bank but sometimes I do need services that I can not get online or at the ATM but there are many that don't and will not learn the technological options. The manager was being super patient with some nasty person but this abuse is going to happen no matter what if there are not enough people working here. This kind of abuse will drive an employee crazy and will drive customers out. I saw people leave while I was there. I salute the emoloyees there for doing their best and hope they can one day get the help they need.”
