“This center is owned by Mr.Khaleed whom I know for past several years. He is intelligent, amazing and practical to the needs of the customer. Be it an oil change or a repair of domestic or foreign cars, he has the acumen to go with practical sense in analyzing hidden facts and always come out successful. My recent experience was with an BMW -X-3 which the dealers have made a big fuss of nothing which bothered me. As in past I took the vehicle to Mr.Khaleed with confidence and hope who was very kind enough and diagnosed what went wrong and what actually is required as opposed to changing every damn thing by dealer. I strongly recommend all those owners of cars specially which are dealer tied be it a MB/Audi/BMW to go to Mr.Khaleed who can make you happy and stop going to dealers for good. His charges are reasonable to the efforts he puts on as nothing is free in this world! To me he bags all the 5 stars and I wish there were additional stars to support him. When customer service started to become horrible at the dealership I typically went to for repairs and service I decided to give Mr. Tire a shot for all of my routine maintenance and repair needs. That we well over a year ago, now I won't go anywhere else. Their customer service is awesome, always want to make sure they are taking care of you and your vehicle needs. “The mechanic who works here is a sweetheart and super nice guy. He’s brutally honest and will Help you right away in any way possible. Even if it’s for something small. This guy works long and hard hours. I had a problem with what I was hoping was not my breaks. My car kept making a noise when slow. He looked at my car in a very detailed fashion and even showed me that nothing was wrong with my car. Breaks were fine, tires, fine, wheel bearings, fine. Other dealership down the road would have charged me $1,000 for things that weren’t wrong. Anything wrong with your car, come to this place. Customer service and honesty really does make a difference! Kudos”

“This place understands service. I was visiting from out of town and had just notice a clicking noise under my tire. I pull over, see a screw, and take it there since I was right by it. The guy at the counter was super polite and got my car in right away. He came back and said it was at a safe spot to plug the tire and gave me the cost. After raising the vehicle and removing the screw they realized it was just wedged in the treads and had not made its way into the tire. They sent me on my way with no costs associated. In the couple weeks that have gone by I had gone to jersey city and harrisburg pa 3 times with the vehicle and 0 issues so far. I’m very thankful for those guys and how up front they were with me.”
