“I saw some odd / unprofessional behavior at this branch. Earlier this week I saw one of your employees (long black hair) taking a picture of one of your customers in the drive through. She was using her personal phone to do so. Another time this same teller began gossiping with her coworker about a customer who had just departed the lobby. This was in view of the other branch employees and other customers. It makes me nervous for the discretion of my families finances when employees begin to behave in this manner. “Merrill was very helpful, and the process there is pretty straightforward. We already have a fabricator so I just needed to provide their name so she could get pricing information to him. It's a good size facility with a lot of selection, so if you have mobility issues, be prepared. We brought my wheelchair. My husband went in the main door, and Merrill met us at one of the large warehouse doors so I didn't have to deal with navigating the walkway or reception area. I had no problems getting down the aisles, but a lot of them I had to back out of as there wasn't necessarily room at the end to swing around to the next aisle. I was able to get to everything though, so that was good. That being said, they really do have a wide selection of stones. A few things we wanted to see weren't in stock, but that can happen. I would highly recommend going to see the stones in person as they can look different from the website.”
