“This was an amazing experience. I started lifting weights in January of this year and going to the gym every weekday. Last month I was experiencing very tight mussels with occasional spasms. I tried pain relievers, mussel relaxers, and started drinking more water but the stiffness continued. I found Ying Health Spa via my friend and went, WOW! The therapist there was amazing! She did the traditional Chinese Cupping for me with a deep tissue massage that included back walking. After that first session, I felt great! The place seemed very modest but the therapy was amazing! “I shop at this store periodically. On my last visit, after charging my purchase, I put the card in my wallet and seem to have dropped the wallet in the store. When I went back after placing the bags in the car, the checkout person said she didn’t see the wallet. A man said he will check the video and will call back and I left my phone number. Called the store the same evening and left a message which was never returned The following day I called and asked for the manager and the manger asked me for the date and time which I gave to him from the checkout receipt. I was told the owner will be back at 4:30, he will check the video and will call me. Never got a call back. I called this morning and asked for the manager. I was hung up on. All I want is try to get my wallet back which is very sentimental. It is apparent that the management does not give a damn about its customers.”
