“I have gone without a primary doctor for many years. I'm very healthy and usually only have colds or sore throats that I used to ride it out in pain. My two last primary doctors I did not feel comfortable with and I gave up looking. When the RWJ facility opened on 516 I was curious. I researched the doctors online and chose Dr. Balinski. I gave her a try and it was a great move on my part. Dr. Balinski takes the time to listen to your concerns. She is very thorough when looking at the problem and gives great advice. I don't get sick often but seem to get sick before going on vacation, it never fails. Dr. Balinski has given me the right guidance on how to take care of myself and because of this I have been able to enjoy my vacations and not get my family sick. She is now the primary physician for my husband and I. Thank you Dr. Balinski!”

“Recognizing the team at delta for their honesty, professionalism, sense of urgency, commitment, quality of work, safety and exceptional interactive customer service Minerva is a tremendous asset and is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Minerva went above and beyond to resolve issues with precise repair status updates. She always remembered specific messages and kept very organized notes which made communication effective. The trusting relationship set the tone for the level of care I knew my car was being treated with. When repairs were complete, I was able to conveniently drop off my rental. After leaving the shop I went to a gas station and was having trouble with my key and the ignition. The gas attendant offered to resolve the issue but I called Minerva and she immediately connected me with a technician and he came right away with two team members and appropriate tools. They checked out my battery under the hood and then followed me safely back to the body shop where they completely replaced my battery for a new one. I was extremely grateful they came out to check on me and provide service even after I left the shop. Thanks to this teams dedication to prioritizing customer needs I felt safe, at ease, aware and updated and I felt like the only customer.”

“I love this apt. Location is very convenient. Landscaping is great. Maintenance guy is very nice. The rent is little high though. Especially since last couple of years since the owners changed, they started charging some kind of taxes in addition to Rent to the existing tenants. I discussed with the attorney and they said its unlawful. Other than the rent (and taxes), the apt is good. One last thing - Their property manager Frank Campisi is a very nice person and will work with you to resolve any issues.”
