(December 4, 2021, 10:54 am)I have been going to coastal Core 2-3x a week since October 2020. When I start my day with a Coastal Core workout, it's usually a good day. I don't think about anything but the movements for 45 straight minutes, I feel stronger in my body, and accountable and tethered to something, especially through the pandemic. So grateful for this studio!!!
