(March 2, 2020, 10:08 am)I've been battling heart and medication problems for a few years now, which has done a number on my weight. I sought out P1F six months ago and am finally getting my strength and resilience back. I jokingly tease Jason that he's a pro at finding a brand new muscle to destroy every session, but therein lies the beauty of it - my entire body is being rebuilt from the ground up due to his insistence that we focus on whole body transformation and nutrition, not just chasing how many calories I can burn in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

(September 13, 2019, 2:12 pm)My husband and I just completed our 3rd week of training with Jason, and we are both seeing results already! Jason works simultaneously with the 2 of us and customizes our workouts individually. The stretching and exercises have been very helpful for managing my tight muscles and he’s always teaching us something new, never the boring same old workout. He has a way of getting more out of you than you think is possible, and I’m so pleased we signed up to work with him. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
