If the building allows them in for a habitual aged building of broken down cracked pipes filled with BLACK Residue of sludge mildew mold. . you are lucky. The Plumber Mike was clean and helpful. Thank God. Prior was a long standing grotesque pipe toxic odor in the pipes in the Wall over sink the building ignored for a very long time over year it took the State of NJ Housing Inspection to get action. The Plumber at this Company came in... finally allowed to cut out a lengthy cracked decayed aged pipe from the floor above. It was horrifying. To breathe in and be in the ER many times and doctors on the issues here on toxic pollution which caused medical and loss of work. During COVID 19 peak and after..heart breaking to " watching my beloved Service Canine of 14 years pass away breathing in toxic back up sewer gas, gasping for air from age and pushed into cardiac arrest and passed away in tragic situation which has led me into complete despair from this building.If you get them the plumbers A General.. they will do the job and fast and clean if they are called in I only wish more to get this under control. Thank you

Had Roto rooters come to give me an estimate. They were. 3 time the price!!!! Called a few more. All charging high fee just to come out and look.
