Very honest and to the point.
Overall good but some major caveats, which are perhaps intrinsic to offices that take medicaid.
The staff and doctor are friendly and pleasant to be around, so that much is good. Vinutha Raj does take complaints seriously and is not susceptible to therapeutic nihilism. Furthermore the staff will write pretty much any referral you want as long as your need is legitimate.
However, their hours are limited so they can be hard to get on the phone which can be inconvenient in a PCP in several ways.
Also, my fiance and I have both had several appointments here and we have literally, never once waited less than two and a half hours after our appointment time to be seen. They say this is a fluke but it has never not happened. This is very inconvenient for daily planning.
Lastly, the waiting room is heavily scented which gives my fiance migraines. If you have any kind of fragrance sensitivity bring an N95 respirator.
Wonderful doctor and her office staff. Dr. Raj takes her time listening to your problems and taking care of them.
Very caring and listens to you! The staff is so friendly especially to the elderly.
