I love the doctors - they really are excellent - but the wait time is awful. I’m sure it’s due to the fact that they do have such amazing options for hours, accept walk-ins and the doctors take all the time they need to with each patient. I am sure it becomes difficult to try and balance all that, but it can become problematic as a patient when you are waiting. So just ensure you schedule your appointment when you have nothing else immediate you need to do - because the wait can be quite extensive.
Great doctors and staff. Friendly and competent
I've only had to go to the doctor twice since this office became my new PCP but my experience was good both times. The staff is friendly despite being busy and the doctor took her time with me instead of making me feel like I was rushed (unlike my last doctor).

I see both Doctors and have made Howell Medical Center my primary. Each Doctor spends the needed time, answers all questions and are very attentive to my needs. The Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Blood word is done right on the premises so there is no need to go elsewhere.
I would never go anyplace else.
