A friend had the door literally slammed in her face and LOCKED merely because she is a trans woman despite having asked the management if her gender would be an issue.

Edit: Thankfully I have received confirmation that the person who felt victimized feels the business has done right by her. I still find the fact that she was made to feel unwelcome by anyone there in the first place disturbing and the way the business has responded to this review, as if THEY were the victim here, is not a good tone to take with these issues, but since the situation has been resolved to my friend's satisfaction I'll amend this to a more positive 4 stars.

This is a great place! I am a part of the LGBTQ+ plus community, and this dance studio was so welcoming. The instructors and dance community here are super nice and friendly. I was pretty nervous about pole dancing at first, but the welcoming staff and other dancers made me feel comfortable. I’m excited to come back with my sister and friend to dance some more. 🤩

What a wonderful studio! Clean and spacious. Everybody was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

Had an amazing time here doing the Valentine's Day Lap dance where you bring a partner. My partner and I had a fun and welcoming experience. Even though he was nervous everyone was laughing and having fun. Experience or not you will have a blast here.

I started going to this studio before the shutdown. I am a super shy and self conscious person when it comes to dancing. But, Lovely Lioness is the most uplifting and comfortable studio to go to. I have loved every class, every instructor, and even all of the people who take classes there. I highly highly recommend. Especially to those who are a little nervous to try it! My confidence has skyrocketed.
