“Eastpointe is top notch! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Whether you choose to have weekly training sessions or use the machines and take classes, you will be satisfied. I am 65 and have never been athletic. When l first came to Eastpointe, l was a mess. My knees hurt, my feet hurt, l had no muscle tone, couldn’t walk far or even up a hill. All that has changed! Signing up for the Studio sessions with a trainer is the best money l have ever spent! A special program of stretches and exercises is designed for your current physical ability. You will be guided through them by your trainer who watches your form and offers encouragement, which for me is a plus since I’m not doing this out of a natural love of physical activity. But now the end results are worth the effort. Now, l am so much stronger and healthy! My knees don’t hurt, my feet are fine. I can easily walk 2 miles and just walked a 5K up a big hill. I’ve also greatly improved my balance, range of motion and posture. Thank you Eastpointe! No, it’s not easy. You do have to show up, do the work and follow through. It is worth it! It works. Save yourself. Eastpointe will get you there.”
