“I have been here for 4 yrs this September, I resigned my lease... I think maintenance is great. They come any issue i have. Always nice, and helpful. Love the walk in closet/ hardwood floors /GAS STOVE N HEAT... Also the outside gym/grills by the pool ( recently added within 2/3yrs.) .. has a walking path,tennis courtyard, pool is beautifully keep . Nice laundry room, grounds well manicured, and love the fact we also have a community garden. Which you can have a spot no charge... and they as a community donate to the food bank. Another plus, if people whom are older cannot Garden they offer to you as a tenant to assist.. Meaning if you chose you can bring them fresh fruits/vegetables from the community Garden.. I think personally it's a great place to rent at, i always feel safe.. I do believe any bad reviews are because of which section they live in, not the company.... but the people ........ and for the feral cats.... They don't bother you and keep rodents away!!!! So one yr they got rid of them and i had a mouse problem...... n I'm on the 2nd floor... they brought them back, n no issues since. Except for [spiders/spider crickets ] which only this yr . Soooo, long n short the cats are back n no mice!!!!! No rats, no raccoons nothing... So i would recommend if interested in an appartment to truly look into the development.”
