My lab is older and has trouble getting up and down. The girls are so wonderful with him and help keep his ears clean which is always a challenge! “We purchased a gas fireplace from East Coast Fireplace approximately two years ago. Ron, the owner, helped us design it and also gave us some recommendations to add some custom storage. When it was completed, my wife and I loved it and still do. About two months, I noticed two items that needed correction. I called the company and explained the situation and they agreed to correct the issues. Their office staff was professional, scheduled an appointment and told me I would receive a call from them the day before the appointment date to finalize the time of the technician's arrival. As promised, they called and the technician arrived during the agreed upon time frame. He was polite, professional and friendly. He fully explained what he was going to do and I think he was finished in thirty minutes. So, I highly recommend East Coast Fireplace and congratulate them for standing by their product. Mike”
