He was friendly, courteous and explained all our options, went over everything clearly and in an easy to understand version. We decided what we wanted and then he measured, quoted the price and we accepted. When the installers arrived, they were also friendly and courteous. They took great care in protecting our floors and walls while installing the glass. They did a fantastic job. We spent a little extra money on getting the clearer glass and boy was it worth it. If it wasn’t for the reflection in the glass you wouldn’t even know there was a glass wall and door there. Amazing product, amazing work!! Will recommend this company to all family and friends. Both John & Jeanne demonstrate true craftsmanship and are incredible to work with. They are creative, detailed and accommodating. I was looking for a small side table and found one in the store but wasn’t sure if it would like right in my space- Jeanne said “take it home. Live with it and see if you like. If so, keep it and come in to pay for it. If not, bring it back”. Service like that is unheard of!!! I happily give my recommendations and support to this incredible small business!! “Came here for fresh free range unwashed eggs and not only did they meet my needs but gave me more then what I expected. Their farm is amazing!! Happy looking farm animals and two very friendly dogs.
