“We had the best time on our Pedalcycle tour for a bachelorette weekend! We stopped at 3 different bars, each were unique and fun. Pedaling was not difficult at all and the music was great! I want to give a special thanks to Corey, our driver and tour guide, for making this a great experience for everyone in our group! “Elder care from a distance is always very challenging, and so it is critical that your loved one is in a facility that can be trusted. Mattison Crossing is just such a community. My dad, an approaching 100, is wonderfully and professionally cared for by this staff and very much feels part of the community and always articulates this to me when we converse. I have very good and trusted friends who visit him frequently and without advance notice, and the report I consistently get from them is that, despite being wheelchair bound, he is always very clean, well-clothed and well-groomed and always looking forward to participating in the day's many available activities. He is a WWII vet who always takes great pride in his appearance, and so this is critically important to him and Mattison recognizes this and accommodates that need. His room is spacious and provides generous accommodations relative to the price point, and the food prepared by their world-class chef is excellent and very nutritious. My son is a professional pianist (Michael Drusdow--Young Steinway Artist) and when we visited Mattison the staff was very accommodating in arranging an impromptu concert for my dad and the other residents. If something requires my attention, I am notified immediately and informed regarding what steps were taken and what if any further recommendations need to be considered, and so communication is an extremely strong point of Mattison as well. I can cite many additional examples all leading to the same conclusion: Mattison Crossing is an exceptional value for the money offering highly professional, compassionate care, flexibility, and services to loved ones at a time when they need them the most. The measure of a greatness of a society is how well it cares for its most vulnerable members, and to me Mattison Crossing is highly exemplary in this regard. I cannot imagine my dad being anywhere else; the most important endorsement though is the fact that neither can he!”

“This Playa Bowls is newer and there is room to grow but overall it was a good experience. Unlike the Red Bank location you can place a mobile order on your phone and pick it up 15 minutes later. This was nice because I was able to easily as for a split bowl as well as gluten free granola. They also have outdoor seating set up in their parking lot so you can enjoy your food there. The only downside to the mobile order is that you have to pay a $.50 surcharge to place a mobile order. Overall, my bowl was good and I will be returning to this location in the future.”

“I cannot say enough about our experience with People’s Plumbing. We had an unexpected issue with our hot water heater and I saw that they were highly recommended so I gave them a call after hours. I actually spoke with a person who gave us advice that ensured our safety, and promised a call first thing in the morning. Like clockwork, Sergio called just after 8am and was so kind and attentive to our situation. He came out shortly thereafter, assessed the situation, explained the process, and within hours, he had Matt and Timmy at the house and a new hot water heater was installed!!! They coordinated with the electrician, Dave, who was also wonderful and kind, and so knowledgeable! All of them respected my immunocompromised status, and our time constraints because of work, as well as our requests for back door use to protect our cats. They made us feel like family and I am forever grateful!”

“I highly recommend this family of doctors and employees. Even when you call, they are so concerned, friendly and efficent. My experiences are mostly with Dr. Giacona and Dr. Thompson. Dr. Giacona is so attentive and personable and really listens. I have been with her for well over 20 years. She is awesome! Dr.Thompson/Giacona were especially amazing to me when my daughter caught covid during the early onset. They used their former office space for a place where people who were sympomatic could be seen. They saved my daughter's life. I took her there, and the next day, Dr. Thompson called and said, (over a weekend), I want you to take her to get another chest xray. Infection had doubled. Dr. T immediately adjusted meds and told us to bring her in next day. When I took my daughter back then next morning, she could barely walk up the stairs from out den. I had her secluded. We pulled up and Giacona evaulated her and quickly turned her back to me and said to go right to the hospital. If Dr. Thompson/Giacona hadn't insist we follow up, she would have died in my den. They showed up when a lot of doctors were refusing covid patients. I'm eternally grateful to them and all of the wonderful staff. I know they saved my daughter.”
