““Killer” Review after one year. I came to Killer B after training for about 4 years at another school in NYC, then Covid happened and I moved to NJ full time. I knew what I wanted out of a school but sometimes it can be hard to find the right spot that checks all the boxes. I wanted to learn more skills and be able to apply those skills, new and old, more effectively. Also I enjoy being pushed by people who are more knowledgeable and more skilled than myself. Finally the instruction needed to be top-notch. Killer B checks all the boxes! The atmosphere at Killer B is fantastic. Brian is a professional. He has applied what he teaches in his own fighting career and teaches that application to his people. (Ask him to show you his low kick) Brian won't let you continuously do something wrong either. He will stop you. Show you the correct footwork, punch or whatever so you can progress and grow. Brian has the answers and the solutions. It’s just up to you to ask the questions and be teachable. The staff and fighters at Killer B are all extremely helpful and the people that train there are friendly. I’m older and didn't know how I would fit into a place like this but I just slid right into my own groove and got to work. After a year of regular training all of what I knew coming into Killer B has improved. My footwork is better. Head movement better. Punches and Kicks all better. I've learned new skills and most important to me I can actually put all that together and apply it better. There’s also been added benefits that I wasn’t really looking for but got just the same. I’m in killer shape and my cholesterol is down 52 points! That didn’t happen because of meds or any super strict diet. (I already ate fairly healthy) So not only did this make my outside strong it made my inside strong as well. DO THE WORK! Thanks Brian”

“Highly recommend this vegan bakery! Everything was delicious and the cake was exactly what we wanted! There was a small mix up with the cakes and another customer was accidentally given our cake today. However, while we waited for the customer to drop off our cake at the bakery, the women who stayed after closing today was very sweet and gave us coffee and scones to apologize for the mixup while we waited. That was very sweet and we really appreciate it! We will definitely be ordering again in the future!”

Harbor Wellness has been helping me deal with the lost of my mother by offering me grief counseling and substance abuse counseling. The staff here are very professional. Even with the whole pandemic thing they still have managed to give me the help I need by offering me one on one counseling and regular counseling group sessions through the zoom app. These counseling sessions have helped me not only to identify feelings and emotions but how to cope with them as well.
