(November 28, 2018, 5:36 am)I bought my Jeep compass approximately 3 years ago used. 3 years later it's still running strong has a hundred thousand miles and I am very happy with it. Yes it's a rough and tumble SUV, not very smooth. But it's a strong vehicle. But what I want to comment on most is the service department. Everyone in the service department is friendly but I especially want to point out Brian Pangione who went above and beyond one day when I was upset with one of my services. In order to keep me as a customer he threw in a free battery and a free oil change and apologized profusely which is something that no Auto service department has ever done. He remain friendly after my complaint and admitted the fault of the service department. So I continue to be a customer and will be buying my next Jeep at Precision Auto. I also forgot to mention that the salesman I don't remember his name and the finance manager believe it or not were also friendly and non pressuring.
(November 27, 2018, 4:19 pm)I worked with Tommy DeRoberto in getting a new 2019 Ram and was also looking at another dealership that a friend worked at. Honestly I was leaning toward the dealership a friend worked at however the level of service and responsiveness as well as professionalism was at the next level with Precision. Tommy didnt do a hard sales push and was respectful and friendly as was the sales manager Joe. The pricing was also very attractive. I highly recommend you see Tommy if you are looking for a new Jeep or Dodge.
(November 12, 2018, 10:33 am)I bought a Jeep Wrangler at Precision last week. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had! I came in and spoke to Jordan Shand on a Friday afternoon. We went for a test drive and talked about what the Jeep would cost and how much they'd give for my trade-in. He sent a follow-up email the next day and by Monday afternoon we had agreed on terms. He was helpful without being pushy when we spoke in person and responsive whenever I called or emailed him a question. I picked up my new Jeep a few days later and couldn't be happier. Prior to coming to Precision, I had visited 3 other dealerships in the area and had conversations with 4 different salespeople. Not one of them told me about a discount I was entitled to (Jordan did, as soon as we sat down to talk). The others were either too pushy, unwilling to talk numbers until i was "serious", or found the "perfect" Jeep for me -- which always ended up costing thousands more than I told them I wanted to spend. Based on my experience at Precision, I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them and I'll definitely do business with them in the future.
(August 18, 2018, 10:20 am)I picked up my Jeep Cherokee couple of days back. This is the first time I had a great experience at a dealership. "JB" the sales consultant did a fantastic job and is very courteous, during the entire sales process he never rushed to make a decision. He worked at his best to get a good deal. Matt the General sales manager is also very co-operative and very very professional . One thing I really liked about this dealership is - they are truly professional, they will never rush you or belittle you to make a deal, I had been to other dealerships and the experience with respect to this dealership is no match. In the end every one does business no one is there to lose money or for charity, what Precision does believe in is "customer experience", they make sure "you" as a customer is at the center and try to make your experience as seamless as possible. I definitely recommend to try Precision before you make a purchase elsewhere - you will certainly notice the difference. For the first time I felt Car buying is not as pain full as it was before :-). I wish all the best for Team Precision !!
