“Had an amazing time here with my friends. Everything I ordered was good! The portions are small, which gives room to try different plates. I have no complaints but my friends (the ones more into sushi 🍣🍱) didn’t enjoy it as much! I love that this place is BYOB. At the end, we ended up paying $40 per person including tip which is great considering the amount of food we consumed.”

“I was working and was in this city. I was happy they offered a cauliflower pizza crust it was good. I decided to try the house salad for $7.00 they forgot the fork. But they quickly came by to give me napkins and a utensil so I could eat my salad. I did order the ice tea and requested unsweet for a quart $4.95. That was said to be really good ice tea. Unfortunately, when I called to make sure it was unsweet after ordering it was sweet tea. I asked for a cup of tap water and the manager said No! They offered to switch the quart of tea for the tap water and I said No! That wouldn’t make sense to exchange something free for something that I paid $4.95 for. It was disappointing that I couldn’t get a cup of water with my delivery. Overall the pizza and salad were good but management not so good.”

“Normal full NJ diner with full menu meaning dinners, desserts, and all meals. Food was great, me having the roast chick and partner having the pork chop dinner. The desserts were good, too, along with the salads. Service was ok but did not refill water plus forgot bread or had to ask for it. I would not down rate the place for needing an update as it’s acceptable plus clean. Yes, there was a vinyl taped seat, but, again, the place is clean and the food was great, our reason for coming in. Not as good as the Tom Sawyer in Union but better than Madison’s diner.”

“This evening (a Saturday night) I came in and was blown away by the service and the food. When we requested to be seated in a certain section, the host did her best to accommodate and give us an accurate time estimate and she was amazing. The owner was also on site on a Saturday night and helping out which is amazing. Our server, Marina, was attentive and friendly, and when a wrong dish was brought to our table she was apologetic and did everything she could to correct it. My boyfriend and I are still pretty young, 21, so we don't expect to be treated with much respect at nice restaurants, but Capital Craft was amazing to us and we appreciate that a lot. The restaurant itself is also just a comfortable space. The kitchen is open (and clean and spacious! also off to the side so noise isn't disrupting your meal) so you can be confident the food you receive will be amazing. The dj played an awesome mix. The menu offered a great selection. The extensive craft beer list was also very descriptive which helped us a lot (we are 21 after all!) and we tried 2 from the Oktoberfest selection and were very happy with the choices our waitress helped us make. I'm very glad we decided to come in this evening, truly a great experience.”

“This place hosts nice birthday parties. My kid had a blast. The only thing that sucks is some machines only give out for tickets at a time despite how good of a job you do in the game . “It’s great to have an authentic Taiwanese restaurant close by. They have cold and hot bubble tea but it seems like it is powdered, not freshly brewed. In the summer they have fresh watermelon juice. Well known Taiwanese dish is the pork chop over rice with the flavored egg. I’ve had better. They have the minced pork sauce over rice which one of my sons love. My other son loves the dumplings. I like the minced pork in fat noodles. They have a lot of noodle soups. One of my favorite is the beef tendon noodles. You can choose thin or fat. They give you a piece of paper with the menu items and you are supposed to select like some made to order dim sum places. Only down side of this place is that they are CASH only. Sometimes this place can get really busy. They do take reservations for larger parties. Seating is limited.”

“This place was amazing! First the food was incredible. Had the curry puffs and dumplings to start which were delicious little nuggets of flavor. Then we all had the Tom Yum shrimp soup which was plain delicious. Savory and a little spicy with plump shrimp and a rich broth. Mains we had drunken noodles which were delightful and truly tasted how they should. Not food related, my work mate needed to print out his boarding pass for a flight and the incredibly nice waitress went out of her way to print it out for him at the restaurant. Truly went above and beyond and showed how much she cares about people in general not just as a customer. If I'm back in this area again I would absolutely come here again.”
