“Great experience. Very professional, friendly staff, respectful and courteous. Dr. Matthew Krupnick was the Gastroenterologist and Dr. Moses (Anesthesia). I wish I could remember everyone's names but the entire process, from beginning to end was professional, respectful, careful and made what could easily have been a frightening dreadful and awkward procedure, a calm friendly and not at all unpleasant experience. Being on Medicaid, has been a daunting experience for the last few years. I have had more than enough scary medical and dental experiences to last a lifetime. Ridgedale Surgery's workload looked to be very very busy, but the staff, (Linda, (I think) who put my pic line in was very nice (and pretty too btw!) really put me at ease, and even exchanged some gentle professional humor which calmed me immediately. ( I'm not the least bit ashamed to admit that I was petrified about this procedure). I wish all my (and your) healthcare concerns go as today's did for me. I was very pleasantly surprised.
