“I ordered a power wheelchair/scooter for my grandma here. I called on the phone bc I couldnt find anywhere that sold them. They don’t have any on display or in stock but they had pamphlets and explained the differences between the different models so I could make the most informed decision. They called the manufacturer to ask which colors were currently available and which were on backorder (even though they already knew..they double checked) so I could get the soonest delivery possible. I made a deposit, and they called me when it was delivered. They put it all together, answered tons of questions I had, showed me how to disassemble it, how to operate it. Literally no question was left unanswered. Absolutely amazing customer service. They helped me put it in my car, and this was all before I finished paying for the remaining balance. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of first. When I left, he said if I had any other questions about the scooter, they would always be a phone call away. They also said they perform service on the scooter in case anything breaks. This place is a hidden gem! I’m very glad I went here.”
