I will never take my car anywhere else! The employees at pep boys were excellent. I went in because I popped my tire and needed a new one. They were awesome. Explained everything that needed to happen and why, didn’t overcharge me, and I had new tires the next day! Highly recommend.

I went to pep boys for a tire replacement due to flat tire. They were very busy but took me in and notified that they didn't have the tire in stock. Patrick from the store went out of his way to pick up the tire from the warehouse and the team stayed extra to help me with my car. This was the best experience I've had with a shop and it's always a great experience with them. Patrick really went out of his way to provide a great service.

Huge thanks to Alex and the team at Parsippany Pepboys! I live over an hour away and go to the area periodically for work. When my tire went completely flat for the first time in this area, I had no idea where to go. Luckily I was able to be seen right away, and in a little over an hour my car was ready with the new tire! I didn’t think I was able to get an appointment right away. Thankful to Pepboys, Alex and everyone at Parsippany Pepboys for not leaving me stranded 😭 (Another place I called in the area said I had to wait for at least 2-3 hours).

P.S. There’s a Starbucks right next door. Bonus points for being able to have a bite + coffee while waiting.

So had an experience with another tire shop and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg for new tires and installing a level kit on an F150. Never ordered the tires I asked for and showed up the day I was told and they didn’t have them. I called Pepboys the same day and asked if they had the tires in stock. They got the tires within a day and I saved a few hundred dollars with the mounting and balancing as well as the install of the leveling kit. I will say this much, they are some of the nicest people I have worked with and am glad I went to them to have the work done. If you’re looking for a tire place or even something like a suspension install I would genuinely recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the great experience and will gladly come back if anything else ever pops up.
